I'll hear out any idea on a commission it will be up to my discretion to either accept or decline. Once accepted, The only money due up front is whatever the materials for your project total to. THIS ACTS AS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. A final commission price will be agreed upon and full payment is expected upon completion before shipment. Payment will be handled through a separate website listing unless other arrangements are made.
