Shipping policy

Every wäne piece is made, packed, and shipped by hand.

Ready-to-ship pieces
Orders ship within 10 days. Any delays will be communicated.

wänedesign custom orders
After you send an inquiry, you'll hear back within 5–10 business days with a free drawn mock-up and an order form. Your lead time will be listed on that order form. Your piece ships as soon as it's finished.

Where I ship
Worldwide. International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by your country. These are not included in your order total and are paid by the buyer.

Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email wane4ever@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
