Late once again but I am paralyzed with choices when it comes to work to pursue. I am still not finished with my cows but I don’t think they’ll even fit in the exit so its not much of a worry.
My current headache is my layout. I was able to get the largest gallery wall and my goal is to fill it. I have 2- 8’ x 4’ works that will demand a good amount of space. I have 4- 3’ x 2’ that will fill in the space between. That leaves me with a 11 x4 space to fill in. I have a few ideas for what can fit into this space
· 8’ x 4’ painted and textile collage
· 4’ x 2’ coral landscape
· 4’ x 2’ textile layer piece
Cow paintings (not likely)

I still have 3 projects that are mandatory finishes for exit that I haven’t begun work on: (at least) 4 cow plushes, 2 scab portraits, and 2 finished work jackets (1 with another large-scale dye and paint). There's also 3 works that I have for my abstract painting class that I have to finish: 1 series of paintings, 1 collage, and 1 final work.
I really only have 4 weeks post-spring break to get all of these done.
To attack, the scab portraits and work jackets are going to be my main priority for spring break. I will be cutting out lots of fabric for personal work, and I will be holding onto all of my relevant scraps for that. Completing my initial patterning and both large-scale pieces will have me at a point coming back to school. Where I can focus exclusively on working on the 4 seasons compositions and attaching all of my various scraps together. Time will then have to be split between my painting class, weaving class, drafting class, and finishing my last large-scale textile layer piece.
Typing it out, this schedule looks unreal, but if the spring break time is utilized well, I think I can get it done. No more CAD work in the mornings, it will be strictly scrap work and painting in the mornings.
